I LOVE THIS SITE!
My students absolutely loved making comic strips, so I tried the free 30 trial to see how it would work for math and science classes.
You can see the obvious implications for language arts classes, and long story short, this is one of those subscriptions that I have deemed “worth the money.” It is $9.95 per month for your first classroom up to 40 students. My students like it so much some even offered to pay for it themselves.
We have used it for explaining science concepts, but also for explaining math steps. This is awesome for the CRA (Constructed Response Assessment) that students are taking this year. You can create a teacher avatar and your students can personalize their avatars so they resemble themselves.
